Processing Time
All orders are made and prepared by hand. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Please note that crocheted items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity and size of the product.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Lost or Delayed Packages
Knot & Glow is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Knot & Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
